Attorney-guided Wyoming LLC formation for property privacy
Safety through invisibility.
Safe Haven Title helps survivors of domestic violence, stalking, and coercive control purchase property through a Wyoming LLC -- so the public record shows the LLC, not your name. Our service combines attorney-guided LLC formation, data broker removal, and ongoing privacy monitoring to help you reclaim control over your safety and your future.
This service is one layer of a broader safety plan. We encourage everyone to also work with a trained domestic violence advocate. See our resources page for hotlines and support organizations.
What you can expect from us
We built Safe Haven Title for people who need their address to remain private -- not as a financial strategy, but as a matter of physical safety. Everything we do is designed to be calm, transparent, and trauma-informed.
Your name stays off the record
Your home is purchased and titled in the name of a Wyoming LLC. County deed and tax records show the LLC -- not you. Wyoming does not disclose LLC members in its public business filings. You do not need to live in Wyoming, and your property does not need to be there -- Wyoming is simply the formation state, and your LLC can hold property in any state.
Data broker removal
We remove your information from major people-search and data broker sites that abusers commonly use to locate addresses, and we monitor for re-listings over time.
Attorney involvement
A licensed attorney reviews your structure, drafts your operating agreement, and provides guidance tailored to your situation. You are not navigating this alone.
Control over your information
We collect only what we need, never sell your data, run no analytics or tracking scripts, and you decide how and when we contact you.
Support at your pace
We move at your pace, explain each step in plain language, and coordinate with your DV advocate or attorney if you have one. There is no pressure and no judgment.
Survivor assistance program
Financial hardship should never prevent safety. We partner with domestic violence shelters and legal aid organizations to provide reduced and pro bono services for survivors who need them. If cost is a concern, please reach out -- we will find a way to help.
Take the next small step.
You do not have to commit to anything today. Read about how the process works, or send us a confidential note about your situation. We reply only the way you ask us to, and we never add you to any list.
