Safe Haven Title

About Safe Haven Title

Safe Haven Title is a service of NewTech Partners LLC. We help survivors of domestic violence and stalking buy homes without their name appearing in public property records.

What we do

The model is simple to state: when a home is purchased through a Wyoming LLC, the county deed and tax records list the LLC as the owner — not you. Wyoming does not list LLC members in its public business filings, so the public trail ends at the LLC name and the registered agent.

Around that core, we provide attorney-guided structure recommendations, LLC formation and EIN filing, registered agent service, and — in our Privacy Package and Full Service tiers — data broker removal, which addresses the other common way abusers locate addresses. Pricing is flat and published on our pricing page, with every third-party cost disclosed before you pay anything.

We are not a law firm. Legal guidance comes from our partnering attorney, and we keep a clear separation between formation services and legal advice. We also encourage every client to work with a trained DV advocate — an LLC is one layer of a safety plan, not the whole plan.

How this site is built

We think a privacy company should be verifiable, not just well-intentioned. So this site is built to the same standard we ask you to trust us with:

  • No tracking scripts. The site ships without analytics or advertising scripts by default — no cookies following you, no pixels reporting your visit.
  • Quick Exit on every page. The red button in the top-right corner (or pressing Esc twice) immediately replaces this tab with a neutral weather site. Details on our safety page.
  • No-referrer policy. When you click a link that leaves this site, the destination is not told you came from here.

Each of these is real and inspectable in how the site behaves — they are not marketing claims.
