Safe Haven Title

Terms of service

Last updated: 2025-01-01

These terms govern your use of safehaventitle.com. By using the site you agree to them. They are written to be readable; if anything's unclear, please ask us.

What we do

Safe Haven Title helps clients form Wyoming limited liability companies and use them to purchase property privately. We coordinate with title agents, registered agents, and (where you choose) lenders.

What we are not

We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We are not a tax preparer, mortgage broker, or domestic violence advocacy organization. We do not provide safety planning. We encourage every client to work with a licensed attorney and a trained DV advocate as appropriate to their situation.

The information on this site is general. It is not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to engage our services.

Fees

Service fees are listed on our pricing page. Third-party costs (state filing fees, title and escrow fees, lender fees, the property purchase price) are separate and disclosed up front.

No guarantees of total privacy

We work to keep your name out of the public property record. We cannot, and do not, guarantee that your address will remain undiscovered through every possible channel. Address privacy is a layered practice; please read our safety page and our FAQ.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
